What we collect

Your email address (to track credits and, if you subscribe, to send you product updates), payment records processed by Stripe (we never see your card details), and the inputs you submit to run the Service.

How inputs are used

Inputs are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to produce your result. Under our API terms they are not used to train AI models. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Storage

Account and usage records are stored in Google Cloud (Firestore). Payments are handled by Stripe under their privacy policy.

Emails

If you join the launch list you'll receive product announcements from DAOx. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.

Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
